Refund Policy

We stand behind our prep. If you complete your study plan and still do not pass your exam, we will refund what you paid for your prep plan. The conditions below keep the guarantee fair for everyone.

• you completed your assigned study plan and at least one full mock test;
• you sat the real exam within the validity period of your plan;
• you did not pass and can provide your official result as proof;
• you request the refund within 30 days of receiving your result.

Email support@dha.gg with the email address on your account and a copy of your official exam result. We will review your request and confirm by email.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your bank or provider may take additional time to post the funds.

The guarantee does not apply where the eligibility conditions above are not met — for example, if the study plan was not completed, if no real exam was taken, or if proof of result is not provided. Optional add-ons or third-party fees (such as DataFlow or Prometric charges) are not refundable by us.
