By accessing or using dha.gg (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

dha.gg is an independent online exam-preparation service for healthcare licensing exams in the Gulf region. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Dubai Health Authority, Prometric, or any other regulator or testing provider. We do not issue licenses and we do not decide your eligibility — those decisions rest solely with the relevant authority.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans are described on our pricing page. Prices, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Where a plan renews automatically, this is disclosed before purchase and you may cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service and its content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, resell, share, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or materials, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

All content, including practice questions, rationales, and study materials, is owned by dha.gg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We work hard to prepare you, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain any license, as outcomes depend on your effort and on decisions made by the relevant authorities. Any pass-related guarantee is limited to what is expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dha.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
